Complete Truemed's quick health evaluation. your answers will be reviewed by a licensed practitioner for a fee.
If eligible, you'll receive a Letter
of Medical Necessity that can cover qualifying purchases
for up to 12 months.
Purchase your qualifying MHYC membership or class package, then follow Truemed's instructions to submit for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA administrator.

How does the Truemed process work?
Start by completing Truemed's short health evaluation. A licensed provider will review your responses and, if eligible, issue a Letter of Medical Necessity. You'll then receive instructions for using your HSA/FSA funds.
How long is my Letter of
Medical Necessity valid?
If approved, your Letter of Medical
Necessity is typically valid for 12 months from the date it is issued and can cover qualifying purchases made during
that period.
